We are on the lookout for two enthusiastic and friendly individuals to join our bustling retail team as a Customer Care Team Member. If you have a knack for making people smile and a passion for helping others, this is the perfect role for you!

Position: Customer Care

Type: Part-Time

Availability: Guaranteed three 4-hour shifts per week and one 8-hour shift on Saturdays (20 hours per week total) must have availability on both Mondays and Saturdays until 5:30pm. Flexibility with other days of the week. Increased hours during holidays.

Rate: $15.80/hour (plus tips)

What We’re Looking For:

• A natural people person with a love for helping others

• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members

• Detail-oriented, with an aptitude for solving problems creatively

• Passionate and eager to learn about flower and plant care

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple projects with ease

• A valid Manitoba driver’s license, with a clean abstract

• Prior experience in customer care positions is considered an asset

• Strength and stamina, lifting up to 50 lbs and the ability to stand for extended periods of time 

What You'll Do:

• Engage: Greet every customer with a warm smile and a friendly ‘hello’, ensuring their shopping experience is both memorable and enjoyable. Whether it's a romantic gift or a friendly token, help our customers find exactly what they need.

• Assist Clients: Provide expert advice and answer inquiries with enthusiasm, guiding customers through our range of products. Your passion and knowledge will help them discover new favourites!

• Assist Floral Designers: Help with everyday tasks such as cleaning flowers, washing buckets, making sure the shop looks its best, etc.

• Resolve & Reassure: Address customer concerns with patience and empathy. Your solution-oriented approach will turn any challenge into an opportunity for positive engagement.

• Collaborate: Work seamlessly with your teammates to create a welcoming environment where everyone feels valued. Every interaction is a chance to make a difference, and together, we'll celebrate each success.
