**Please note that during busy holidays we may not contact recipients ahead of time to ensure they are home. If no one is at the given address, the flowers will be returned to our store and will be available for pick-up.**

All same day deliveries, must be placed by 12pm CST.

Our delivery hours are between 9am and 3pm Monday through Friday and 9am to 5pm on Saturday.

We will contact the recipient by phone or text to ensure there will be someone available to receive the delivery.

If you would like to keep your delivery a surprise, please indicate under special instructions. If the recipient is unavailable at time of delivery, the flowers will be returned to our shop and we will contact you.

We will not leave flowers outside as the weather can be unpredictable. Some exceptions may apply.

In office buildings or apartments, our drivers may ask the recipient to meet them in the lobby.
