We are committed to providing you with the freshest, highest quality flowers and plants available!
We guarantee our fresh cut flowers for 4-7 days depending on the variety. Occasionally, we see a variety or two that don’t live up to our standards. If you experience issues with any of our flowers we encourage you to give us a call. We will ask you to send photos for our records and we will discuss next steps.
Our plants all require different watering and lighting requirements based on the variety. Once the plant is out of our care, we guarantee them for 7 days. Beyond that there are a number of factors that could cause them to underperform. Should you have any issues within the first week, we ask that you give us a call and we will ask for photos and discuss next steps with you.
If you are unsure of how to care for your new plant, please reference the care tag included within the soil of the plant. If you have further questions, please give us a call.
Plants are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
We are confident that you will be pleased with the quality of our flowers and plants, so please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns!
Giftware that is unused and in its original packaging can be returned in person for a full refund with the original receipt. Some exclusions may apply and in such case a store credit will be issued.
Any chocolate or candy is a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
