I would like my thanks passed to one of your designers at the store. Amazingly enough, she had the exact arrangement made up for us when we entered the store. What makes this amazing is that she didn't even know we were going to visit the store. Yesterday I spoke to her on the phone and described what I was interested in, and asked multiple questions about different arrangements and flowers. She was very friendly and answered me well. I made no commitment to shop there, although I did say I'd probably be in on Wednesday. Today when we arrived, there was the arrangement I had been discussing with the her, sitting in the cooler just waiting for us. It was great! I ordered flowers for my girlfriend from some website that was supposed to be delivered on the day before Valentine's Day. Well they never got around to delivering it because it was all a scam. Here I am with no flowers for my girlfriend the day before Valentine's Day. Just when I lost hope an employee from ACADEMY FLORIST named Irene helped me out by getting flowers to my girlfriend that same day. I am very grateful that she was able to pull me out of this bad position and even go so far as to make sure my girlfriend got the flowers that was originally promised to her that day.
